Manage Cancellations
You can manage all your order cancellations in the TikTok Shop Seller Center under the Manage Cancellations section.

There are four section tabs under the Manage Cancellations section. Their detailed descriptions are as follows.
All
From here, you can check all cancellation requests and their statuses.
To Proceed
Here you will find the list of orders with cancellation requests initiated by buyers.
There are 2 scenarios for order cancellation:
1. Buyers can unconditionally cancel their orders within one hour after the order is placed. (This rule applies when the buyer has paid for the order or has selected Cash On Delivery)
2. After one hour, if the buyer wants to cancel the order, he/she needs to apply for it. To proceed, you can click Reject request or Accept request.
Note: If you do not respond within 48 hours, the request will be accepted automatically.

If you choose Reject Request, please select a reason here. You can leave any additional comments if needed.
Under the Completed tab, you will find the list of cancellation requests that have been successfully approved.
Closed
Under the Closed tab, you can find all the rejected cancellation requests.
